This is extremely serious Pinot Noir made by an Englishman (not that we should hold that against him) who is very talented. He takes an interest in every step of the way to make sure that Pinot Noir is one of the best in the country. The wine is more French than New World and has very good tannic structure and is not just fruit forward like many New World Pinots tend to be. There is ample fruit and savoury characters to satisfy everyone who loves great Pinot Noir. You can drink now or cellar for up to 8 years.
